2Butter the bottom and sides of a cake pan and line the bottom with parchment paper using butter .butter

3Peel, core, and score each apple (peeled, cored, halved, thinly sliced across the surface). Immediately toss the apple halves with juice to prevent browning.apple: 4 unit, juice: 1/2 lemon
